Comedy Writer Talks Process

I've discovered a wonderful YouTube channel called Musecast5.  Here five aspiring people create video blogs over a year about how they will get ahead in their careers.  One of them, Eric Loya, is a sketch comedy writer.

Here is one of his recent videos where he talks about how he finds his ideas and where he makes a plan to write a little every day.
